Terms of use


You may pay by any major credit card or debit card .


Under the Consumer Protection law, lingerie items including swimwear can only be replaced in distance selling transactions.
It will not be possible to replace an entire bottom or swimsuit purchased at the store.
In accordance with the conditions for cancelling a transaction in law, the cost of the product must be over 50 NIS.
Replacements and returns will only be approved after a hygienic inspection, when no item is used and is with all original labels. You can exchange / return up to 14 days from the moment you receive the order.
In exchange with delivery - in order to make an exchange / return, you must contact us by email\phone within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that no item is used and no damage is caused to it.
The replacement process will be done immediately, depending on stock.
The cost of shipping a replacement is 20 NIS.
Items will not be allowed to exchange / return items from the Sale category. The reason is that these are the latest items from previous collections, and therefore are also sold at a lower price. According to the Consumer Protection Law, a refund will be deductible at 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower). Refunds can only be accepted for products returned up to 14 days from receipt of the order, the products can be returned in shipping.
A credit for a purchase on the site for returning a product will be worth the full amount paid for that product
In case of return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit.

Product images and descriptions

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.

Accepting orders and security

When you place an order, either online, by telephone or in writing, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.

In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with various agencies, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method or to advise you to visit one of our stores.

Order processing

An order will not be processed until it has been paid in full. Orders are processed from the date and time of payment received, not the date and time it was placed. Our processing cut-off time is 1pm GMT, and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day.

Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.


Due to the bespoke nature of most of the products we sell, all cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this time, your order will have entered production.

If your product, print, embroidery or any other embel­lis­hments are defective in any way, please refer to our Return policy. 

Hadas Avidani’s cancellations policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Transit damage

All goods are examined in detail by ourselves or our partners prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at Avidanishadas@gmail.com with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however after this time has passed we will issue a reprint and dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.


Sales on this web site are governed by Israeli law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Israeli courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

These terms and conditions cover Hadas Avidani. Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no respon­sibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.
